Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All Domestic Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business day. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 10-12 working days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, we will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

• We have standard shipping charges for most addresses.
• India Standard shipping charges – A flat Rs. 100 charge is applied to all orders below Rs. 1,599, while there is free shipping for all orders above Rs. 1,599
• We are currently not accepting orders below Rs. 299

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

DATTILA, ships to addresses only within India, and Indian addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. ORDER DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE BETWEEN 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays

Customs, Duties and Taxes

DATTILA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

DATTILA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. For damages, we take back with product opening video.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
